These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NodeArchitect Wealth Management platform ("NodeArchitect," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.
By creating an account or using NodeArchitect Wealth, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NodeArchitect Wealth Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 12345678).
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You represent that any funds you deposit are from legitimate sources and that you are not acting on behalf of any sanctioned individual or entity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and promptly update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
All investments carry risk, including the possible loss of principal. NodeArchitect Wealth does not guarantee any specific return. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Risk Disclosure and that you are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
Deposits must be made via the methods and addresses provided on the platform. We manually verify each deposit before crediting your account. Withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days following a compliance review. We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
Certain transactions, including early withdrawals, currency conversions, and large‑volume processing, may incur fees as described on the platform. All fees are displayed before you confirm the transaction. We may amend our fee schedule with 30 days' notice.

All content, trademarks, and technology on the NodeArchitect Wealth platform are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NodeArchitect Wealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NodeArchitect Wealth, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or as required by law. Upon termination, any remaining balance will be returned to you, subject to outstanding fees and compliance review.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good‑faith negotiation. If resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in London, conducted in English.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
